This map, published in Eurasian Geography and Economics, depicts oil and gas resources claimed by Russia after the annexation of Crimea. My base data is from Natural Earth and the resource data is from the author of the article. I compiled the data in ArcMap and stylized the map in Adobe Illustrator.
